Radial master cylinder for racing bikes, designed to provide top-level response and perfectly metered braking in all conditions of use, with excellent linearity between the force applied to the lever and the braking response.

The 17 RCS further improves the braking feel of all sports bikes equipped with the latest Brembo Monoblock M50 caliper. The optimisation of the hydraulics between the M50 caliper and the 17 RCS master cylinder was the result of careful development work to achieve higher braking performance.

This brake master cylinder is equipped with Brembo's patented RCS system for adjusting the lever axis, which allows the ideal feeling between driver and motorcycle to be achieved. With a simple screwdriver, the brakes can be adjusted in just a few seconds to make them more aggressive and responsive (20 mm) or softer and more adaptable (18 mm).

With the cam in position 18, highlighted in red, a more adaptable braking feel can be achieved; with the cam in position 20, highlighted in black, the braking feel is sharper and more responsive.

This model uses a 17mm diameter piston and a long lever (LL), a detail particularly appreciated by racing drivers and track day enthusiasts.
Brembo uses only the most advanced procedures and processes to ensure excellent function and performance. In fact, the aluminium alloy master cylinder body is made by forging and then machined using numerically controlled machines.

Like all RCS main cylinders, the RCS 17 is supplied with a microswitch kit for activating the brake light and a special clutch for connection to the hydraulic line.
